From the East, take the round about after Circle K off 41. Go through the second round about to 3rd St. Take a right onto Hematite Dr. and follow until you get to the Lakeshore Dr. intersection. This property is located in the City Limits of Negaunee at the corner of Nakomis and Opechee. The lot is the only one on the North side of Negaunee and is near the elementary school, and teal lake. The teal lake outlet runs through this property. The lot is .71 acre, and partially cleared and has terrain that would facilitate a home with a walk out basement.
