Superior Equipment and Events Auction

We are pleased to announce that we have been commissioned by Brian and Donna Berryman to auction the remaining inventory of their business, “Superior Equipment and Events.”

The auction will take place on Saturday, July 18th. Viewing will start at 9am, the auction starts at 10am.

This business is located at 6001 Carlos Drive, Houghton MI (Carlos Drive is off of US-41 near the 41 lumber and just south of Michigan Tech.) My large auction sign will be set up. Very easy to find and ample parking. Bring a friend and trailer for larger items.

This auction is primarily construction type items. Drills, saw blades, teeth for various machine, straps, fans, some scaffolding, lights, lifts, trowels, belts, drill bits and new in box Bosch cordless power tools. There is a 3590 BTI salamander on a cart, two large patio heaters, and numerous shelves. A 10” Craftsman cast iron table saw, an new invertor. A Sotcher model 627 generator test set and model 531 Sotcher growler. Pulse-bac vacuum and three American carts. Karcher professional sanitizer, plastic roll up flooring and on and on… too much to individually list!

Bigger items: 2015 Ford F-350 with 54,000 miles (a little rough around the edges, but hey! It was a plow truck! Fairly new and low miles.) Boss V-Plow with lights. Contractors trailer (currently used for storage) a double wide mobile home with no bath or kitchen (also currently storage) A Chevrolet big block 454 motor with tranny, rear end, grill, and dually box. We have a ‘69 El Camino that has excellent glass, bumpers, tail and back up lights and emblems. Two long neck trailers (the boats are free.) a large dumpster (perfect for a home with a long driveway.) Fencing and lighting. Lumber and carts. A pallet jack. A Honda riding mower. A power auger with several different size augers. A sod cutter. A dry wall carrier. 3 huge rolls of Astroturf. Tandem trailer with electric lowering bed to ground level.

Special interest: Two street strider jet elliptical stride machines. For street use like a bicycle with two front wheels and a rear drive wheel. Google it and watch the video. These are new in box and are youth models. Adult models start at 1k to 3k.

Events merchandise: This category includes anything and everything you could need for any event you would host. Weddings, anniversaries, holidays, etc. labeled boxes of cloth napkins, table cloths, runners, dishes (gold rimmed china and white plates cups and saucers) vases, candelabras, candles, artificial flowers, and disposable products.
