Auction - Sunday, October 12 @ Prime Storage on C.R. 553

Haas Auctions has been commissioned to sell, by auction, the storage contents of Jessica Weakmen. The auction will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025.

VIEWING AT 10, AUCTION AT 11.

The auction site is the storage units, Prime Storage, on C.R. 553, approximately 1 mile south of the Marquette County Fair Grounds, at the turn-off to the Sands Race Track.

Directions:

Follow McClellan south that becomes C.R. 553. From the Crossroads (553 & 480), continue South and go approximately 1 mile past the fair grounds to the top of the hill and go left into the storage units. Look for signs. From Gwinn, go North on 553 to auction site. From Negaunee, Ishpeming, or Harvey, take 480 to the crossroads then South on 553.

The contents to be sold consist mainly of tools of the carpenter/construction trade. We also have 2 kayaks, a small child-sized dog sled, and a live trap. There are a few furniture pieces consisting of a large wardrobe, a dresser with mirror, and an antique steamer trunk.

We have a 6.5 HP 60 Gallon air compressor, two, 2-wheel grinders, a large vice on a bench, battery chargers, a small solar panel charger and a larger one in a nice zipper case (a Renogy).

There is a like-new pneumatic nailer and an assortment of brand name tools. (Stanley, Craftsman, etc.)

An aluminum ladder, a power washer, 2 smokers, a chop saw, a torch on a stand, a 6' Craftsman tool chest, and a rigid table saw on wheels!

This is the bulk of it, but we still have a lot of boxes to go through. There will be some very nice boxes-lots of useable, miscellaneous items.
